Talking Earth

This application is used to provide online consultations via Internet. Consulting or commercial company (which is registered in the system) can consist of several consultants/sellers and one supervisor, each of which is a professional in some categories. A client, after entering this system, can choose any company from active ones in concrete category to receive a consultation. All users presences are dynamically updated. More than two persons can take part in consultation session. Each consultant may redirect his client to other co–workers or invite them to take part in the chat. Both sides are notified of the invitation arrival and response. A consultant can send an order to the client during their session. The client pays this order. All chat session participants are notified of the order status changing. A financial module allows to search and browse orders by various criteria, build necessary reports, change order statuses, etc. The application has an auto update feature.
