KVEST - SMS answering service
This SMS call center web system has been developed to provide SMS answering service. People can send their questions via SMS messages on a short number and receive quick answers. SMS messages are processed in a call center by a number of operators working on line. All messages are either stored in the global queue or automatically assigned to the most free operator. Every operator can see his own day/month statistics. Third party companies can create their own account within the system and have their own private mesasge queue, set of operators and a superviser who is capable to mainatin all company information.

The system integrates with one of the most popular Ukrainian SMS aggregators and deals with all local mobile operators
The message sent from a mobile phone will get into the web application database
Every message is processed by the SMS answering engine - it will be assigned to the most free operator or put into the global message queue if no free operator was found.
Every operator can review both his own and global queues of unanswered messages
An operator can switch his presence to online or offline. Messages are not assigned to him if he is online
Answering service can be provided by any third party company.
Every company registered in the system will have its own private area: keywords, global queue, operators and supervisor.
SMS messages starting with specific keywords will be assigned to a proper company
Supervisor is a senior operator with permissions to modify all company related information as well as configure operator specific options such as operator queue length
Various statistical reports are available for an operator or supervisor
All site content (user accounts, messages, companies) is controlled by a super administrator and can be viewed and maintained from within administrative area.
Multiple languages are supported for this system. Site administrator can control multilingual content
