The system was designed for real time text exchange. Its main advantage over ordinary instant messaging systems is that users can communicate much faster. As a rule, the answering person doesn't have to see the whole text to begin responding. This can save a lot of time.
We should also mention that this system can also used by people with impaired hearing or speech. It is hardly possible for them to use voice mobile communication, and sending SMS takes too much time.
The customer made very high demands concerning the system performance, aiming to provide real time communication for a large number of users. The following means have been selected for the system access:

- web client (developed by us);
- textphone , special device designed for sending and receiving text.
