This SMS call center web system has been developed to provide SMS answering service. People can send their questions via SMS messages on a short number and receive quick answers. SMS messages are processed in a call center by a number of operators working on line. All messages are either stored in the global queue or automatically assigned to the most free operator.

This composite system consists of three modules: ServerTray (ST), HomeServer (HS), ServerDiag (SD). ServerTray program resides in the usual Tray location, and offers some remote server diagnosis and correction with some internal data transfer to the central server. A system clock synchronisation with the HS happens periodically by using an SNTP protocol.

This system was designed for automation of enterprise document circulation and gathering of interim data flows. It can be used for daily data gathering from different sensors and counters (for electricity, water etc.), information from which flows discretely with certain time intervals.

This program was designed to automate adjustment, calibration and testing of electric current supply meters during batch production. A device assembled on the basis of three-phase network generator, control gauge and tested (calibrated) meters, is used to calibrate and check the latter.

The program complex was developed specifically for agricultural enterprises. It contains some branch-specific solutions. Today the system is able to cover larger spectrum of different production and trade tasks. Agro is a system of integrated financial and economic production accounting. The main purpose of the program is automation and monitoring of enterprise business processes.

This is an automated system of energy resource accounting (electricity, water, gas etc.) at industrial enterprises of any field or scale.

The main purpose of this system – is the calculation and scheduling radio station broadcasting time, as well as operating music database. The main elements and objects of the database are albums, performers and music compositions (songs). Besides these, there are a many other objects, used as additional characteristics for scheduling and statistical analysis.

This system was designed to study kinetics of chemical reactions. It was developed on request of chemical engineering institute. Its main purpose is calculation of chemical agent concentrations during chemical reactions according to the laws of classical kinetics. There is a possibility to work with several simultaneously proceeding chemical reactions.
