This SMS call center web system has been developed to provide SMS answering service. People can send their questions via SMS messages on a short number and receive quick answers. SMS messages are processed in a call center by a number of operators working on line. All messages are either stored in the global queue or automatically assigned to the most free operator.

The access to the instant messaging system is provided on a software as service base (SaaS). ServerTray program resides in the usual Tray location, and offers some remote server diagnosis and correction with some internal data transfer to the central server. A system clock synchronisation with the HS happens periodically by using an SNTP protocol.
