This SMS call center web system has been developed to provide SMS answering service. People can send their questions via SMS messages on a short number and receive quick answers. SMS messages are processed in a call center by a number of operators working on line. All messages are either stored in the global queue or automatically assigned to the most free operator.

The access to the instant messaging system is provided on a software as service base (SaaS). Much attention in the system development has been paid to the security, as most customers are small and medium businesses. However, private users who do not work for a particular company can also use the system as well as business customers.

This application is a specific instant messenger, which is a part of a Recruiting Radar web project. It is used by Recruiting Radar members to communicate to each other in real time. The application has usual chat elements such as contact list, personal information, multi window chat with several persons, state changing, etc.

This application is used to provide online consultations via Internet. Consulting or commercial company (which is registered in the system) can consist of several consultants/sellers and one supervisor, each of which is a professional in some categories. A client, after entering this system, can choose any company from active ones in concrete category to receive a consultation.

This composite system consists of three modules: ServerTray (ST), HomeServer (HS), ServerDiag (SD). ServerTray program resides in the usual Tray location, and offers some remote server diagnosis and correction with some internal data transfer to the central server. A system clock synchronisation with the HS happens periodically by using an SNTP protocol.

This program was designed to automate adjustment, calibration and testing of electric current supply meters during batch production. A device assembled on the basis of three-phase network generator, control gauge and tested (calibrated) meters, is used to calibrate and check the latter.
