Offshore Software Development in Ukraine

As the information era has brought a constantly growing need for IT specialists, a considerably increasing demand for professionals in the areas of software design and application development has emerged. It is the reason that developed western countries implement employment programs for IT professionals of countries with economies in transition, in which supply of these resources far exceeds the demand (green card initiative).

Yet, competence in the filed of IT lies not only in expertise and constant innovation, but also in cost leadership. Extensive government programs to bring software experts to fill in the gaps in IT sectors of the economy solves the problem of demand for the industry, but does not consider opportunities for cost minimization. This is due to enormous expenditures for expatriation and/or immigration for such programs.

Offshore software development can solve both the need for programming resources and yield higher profit margins due to lower salary levels required.

We propose a partnership to carry out software development projects in alliance with Ukrainian IT specialists from Ardas Group. These are people, of which several are Microsoft Certified Professionals, with up to 10 years of software development experience, including but not limited to system programming in Windows and Unix, database design, manufacturing and sales accounting systems development, Drupal websites development. They are capable of completing software product in full (subject filed study, building conceptual, logical and then physical projects, completing functional specifications, coding, and software testing) or completing any of these steps separately.
